- Abstract:
- Es wurde die Beeinflussung von Schlagvolumenvarianz (SVV) und Pulsdruckvarianz (PPV) durch eine Umstellung der Beatmungsparameter an druckunterstützt und druckkontrolliert beatmeten Patienten auf Intensivstation mithilfe einer Korrelationsanalyse untersucht. Durch eine anschließende multiple Regressionsanalyse wurde eine Formel erstellt, welche es erlaubt, die Höhe der Veränderung in SVV und PPV zu berechnen, die durch eine Beatmungsumstellung verursacht wird.

- The influence on stroke volume variance (SVV) and pulse pressure variance (PPV) by changing the ventilation parameters was investigated on pressure-supported and pressure-controlled ventilated patients in ICU using a correlation analysis. A subsequent multiple regression analysis was used to create a formula that allows the amount of change in SVV and PPV induced by a ventilation change to be calculated.
