- Die Progressive Supranukleäre Blickparese (PSP) ist eine neurodegenerative Erkrankung, die schwierig von dem idiopathischen Parkinson-Syndrom (IPS) zu unterscheiden ist. Da eine frühe Differenzierung der Erkrankungen in Hinblick auf Prognose und Therapie wünschenswert wäre, versuchten wir die Ergebnisse einer Pilotstudie von Stamelou (Stamelou et al. 2011) in Hinblick auf ein vermindertes Durstgefühl bei PSP zu reproduzieren. - Progressive supranuclear palsy (PSP) is a neurodegenerative disease, which is difficult to differentiate from idiopathic Parkinson’s disease (IP). However, an early differentiation is necessary, since prognosis and therapeutic approaches vary.
