- Zwischen 2007 und 2016, wurden 76 Patienten, nach IPMN-Resektion untersucht. Nach den ICG von 2012 wurden HRS und WF statistisch analysiert. Von 76 Patienten hatten 13% ein invasives Karzinom. Von 53 Patienten ohne HRS hatten 11,3% eine höhergradige Dysplasie und 9,4% ein invasives Karzinom. Univariate Analysen zeigten, dass ein abrupter Kalibersprung im MPD, MPD Größe von >5mm und die Anzahl an WF Risikofaktoren für eine höhergradige Dysplasie oder invasives Karzinom sind. - Between 2007 and 2016, 76 patients who underwent resection for IPMN were reviewed. Based on the 2012 ICG, HRS and WF were analyzed statistically. Of the 76 patients, 13,2% were diagnosed with invasive carcinoma. Of the 53 patients without any HRS 11.3% showed high grade dysplasia and 9.4% invasive cancer.
