- Mit dieser Arbeit wurde mithilfe der 3D-Fotografie das durchschnittliche Wachstum des Mittelgesichts, insbesondere der perinasalen Region, von gesunden Säuglingen in den ersten sechs Monaten postnatal bestimmt. Statistisch signifikante Veränderungen der Mittelgesichtsdistanzen und -winkel konnten in absoluten und relativen Werten erfasst werden. Die Ergebnisse dienen als Basis für das CAD/CAM-gestützte Verfahren einer NAM-Therapie.

- This study investigated the mean growth of healthy infants' midface, particularly the perinasal region, using 3D-photography. Statistically significant transformations of the midface distances and angles were observed within the first 180 days postpartum, as shown by absolute and relative values. The results set the base for the CAD/CAM-supported process within the context of NAM-therapy.
