Um eine Störung der Messung im Einschritt-Analogverfahren durch Bindungsproteine zu verifizieren wurden die Werte solcher Patienten mit Gleichgewichtsdialyse und anschließender radioimmunologischer Konzentrationsmessung kontrolliert. Mit Bland-Altman-Plots konnte kein Hinweis auf einen Einfluss pathologischer Bindungsproteine gezeigt werden. Regressionsanalysen bestätigen dagegen das bekannte Euthyroid-Sick-Syndrom.     «

To verify any interference through binding proteins of the measurement in a one-step-Immunoassay an equilibrium dialysis with following concentrations measurement with Radioimmunoassay was performed in those patients.
