- Abstract:
- Es wurden 114 Patienten in zwei Gruppen unterteilt und das Operationsverfahren der Mastektomie mit Standardwundverschluss unter Verwendung von Drainagen mit der Mastektomie ohne Drainageeinlage und unter Anwendung des Gewebeklebers TissuGlu® verglichen. Es zeigte sich eine signifikante Verkürzung der Operations- und stat. Aufenthaltsdauer in der TissuGlu®-Gruppe, jedoch auch signifikant häufiger Serome. Bei anderen Komplikationen fanden sich in beiden Gruppen keine signifikanten Unterschiede.

- We compared the conventional mastectomy with surgical drain use with a form of mastectomy without Drains and Wound Closure with TissuGlu®. Therefore data of 114 patients has been used. There was a significant reduction in surgery time and time of hospitalization, but more seroma formation in the TissuGlu®-Group. There was no difference shown between the two groups in other complicatons.
