Abstract:
To connect architecture to the renewable-energy landscape, this thesis proposes a systematic “research on and through design” approach. An atmospheric analysis of “the land art generator initiative” competition contributions through the lenses of a “flow-station-model” can fill the gap of social quality in universal engineering settings of the energy landscape. The typological findings are tested in a pilot project in Seville.

Um Architektur mit der erneuerbaren Energielandschaft zu verbinden, schlägt diese Arbeit einen systematischen „Forschung über und mittels Entwurf“ - Ansatz vor. Eine atmosphärische Analyse von Wettbewerbsbeiträgen der "Land-Art-Generator Initiative" durch die Perspektive eines "Flow-Station-Modells" kann die Lücke zur sozialen Qualität innerhalb der universellen technischen Bedingungen der Energielandschaft füllen. Die typologischen Erkenntnisse werden in einem Pilotprojekt in Sevilla getestet.
