- Abstract:
- Ziel dieser Dissertation ist die Klärung, inwiefern die Versorgung von Acromioclaviculargelenk-Sprengungen mittels DogBone® Stabilisation und zusätzlicher acromioclaviculärer (AC-)Cerclage zu unterschiedlichen klinischen und radiologischen Ergebnissen verglichen mit der alleinigen Versorgung mittels bi-kortikaler Plättchen-Technik führt. Beide Operationsmethoden zeigten nach 2 Jahren gute klinische Ergebnisse. Mit einer zusätzlichen AC-Cerclage war der vertikale AC-Abstand im Schnitt geringer.

- The aim of this dissertation is to clarify to what extent the stabilization of acromioclavicular joint dislocations by means of DogBone® stabilization and additional acromioclavicular (AC-)cerclage leads to different clinical and radiological results compared to the sole treatment with bi-cortical platelet technique. Both surgical methods showed good clinical results after 2 years. With an additional AC-cerclage the average vertical AC-distance was lower.
