Im Rahmen dieser Dissertation wurden chemische Ausfällungen, sogenannte Scalings, untersucht, die sich an Geothermieanlagen bilden, die Thermalwasser aus den Sedimentgesteinen des Oberen Juras im Bayerischen Molassebecken fördern. Anhand intensiver Scalingbeprobungen und hydrochemischer Analysen wurden Modelle zur Vorhersage der Scalingwachstumsraten entwickelt. Translated abstract:
In this thesis, chemical precipitations, so called scales, were investigated, which form at geothermal facilities producing thermal water from the sedimentary rocks of the Upper Jurassic in the Bavarian Molasse Basin. Based on intense scale sample collection and hydrochemical analyses, models were developed in order to predict the rate of scale formation. Moreover, measures for scale removal were investigated, and methods for the continuous in-situ measurement of scale growth were tested.
