Mesoporous titania is a cheap and widely used material for photovoltaic applications. To enable a large-scale fabrication with a controllable pore size, a diblock copolymer assisted sol gel route based on spray coating is chosen. Furthermore, periodic structures within mesoporous titania films used in photovoltaic devices are successfully prepared via wet-imprinting and photolithography approaches. In addition, the degradation process of a 2D/3D perovskite solar cell under moisture conditions is investigated.
