Ziel dieser retrospektiven Arbeit war es, die Wertigkeit der PET/CT unter Verwendung des neuartigen Tracer 18F-rhPSMA-7.3 in der Diagnostik des Prostatakarzinomrezidivs nach radikaler Prostatektomie zu evaluieren. Hierbei wurde die Detektionseffizienz in Bezug auf verschiedene klinische Parameter (PSA, Gleason Score, TNM-Status, R-Status) sowie die Verteilung der positiven Läsionen analysiert und die potentielle Auswirkung dieser Bildgebungsmodalität auf das klinische Patientenmanagement in Form eines simulierten Tumorboards untersucht.     «

The aim of this work was to evaluate the diagnostic value of PET/CT by using the novel tracer 18F-rhPSMA-7.3 in patients with recurrent prostate cancer after radical prostatectomy. Therefore the detection efficacy of 18F-rhPSMA-7.3 was analyzed concerning different clinical parameters (PSA, Gleason Score, TNM-Status, R-Status) as well as the distribution of lesions.
