- Abstract:
- Die Kaltschlingenpolypektomie (CSP) gewinnt für die Resektion von kolorektalen Polypen zunehmend an Bedeutung. Zur Anwendung an >10 mm großen Polypen existieren jedoch bislang nur wenige Daten. Diese prospektive Machbarkeitsstudie untersuchte die Effektivität und Sicherheit der CSP von 10 - 15 mm großen, neoplastischen Polypen mittels einer Hybridschlinge. Es konnte gezeigt werden, dass die CSP auch bei diesen Polypen ein vielversprechendes Verfahren darstellen könnte.

- Cold snare polypectomy (CSP) is becoming increasingly popular for the resection of colorectal polyps. However, current data on CSP for >10 mm sized polyps is still limited. This prospective feasibility study evaluated the efficacy and safety of CSP for 10 – 15 mm sized neoplastic polyps using a hybrid snare. It was shown that CSP could also be a promising resection technique for those polyps.
