- In der vorliegenden Studie wurde anhand sonographischer, klinischer und subjektiver Scores die mediale Aufklappbarkeit des Kniegelenks nach kombinierter VKB- und MCL-Verletzung ermittelt. Es wurden zwei Studiengruppen mit jeweils 20 Patient:innen gebildet und miteinander verglichen. Gruppe 1: VKB-Rekonstruktion und operative MCL-Therapie, Gruppe 2: VKB-Rekonstruktion und konservative MCL-Therapie. Hierbei konnte für beide Gruppen eine gute postoperative Kniestabilität im Follow-up erzielt werden... »
- Translated abstract:
- In the present study, sonographic, clinical, and subjective scores were used to determine medial hinging ability of the knee joint after combined ACL and MCL injury. Two study groups with 20 patients each were formed and compared. Group 1: ACL reconstruction and surgical MCL therapy, group 2: ACL reconstruction and conservative MCL therapy. Good postoperative knee stability was achieved for both groups during follow-up.
