- Abstract:
- Ein Pes planovalgus kann bei Kindern aus diversen Ursachen heraus auftreten. Die subtalare Arthrorise ist eine etablierte operative Option bei idiopathischem Pes planovalgus. Diese Arbeit untersucht, ob sie auch bei neurogenem Pes planovalgus zufriedenstellende Ergebnisse liefern kann. In der neurogenen Gruppe zeigten sich Verbesserungen der Fußstellung ohne signifikante Unterschiede zur idiopathischen Kontrollgruppe. Sie kann somit eine Therapieoption bei neurogenem Pes planovalgus darstellen.

- Flatfeet can occur in children from diverse causes and can lead to problems. Subtalar arthroereisis is an established surgical option for idiopathic flatfeet. This work investigates whether it can also provide satisfactory results in neurogenic flatfeet. The neurogenic group showed improvements in foot alignment, but there were no differences in comparison to the idiopathic control group. Thus, subtalar arthroereisis may be a treatment option for neurogenic flatfeet.
