Injuries to the posterolateral corner of the knee joint represent a rare knee injury in which other ligamentous structures such as the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) or posterior cruciate ligament (PCL) are frequently involved and combined reconstruction is indicated. The aim of this retrospective study was to compare post-operative physical activity and return to work after combined posterolateral corner (PLC) reconstruction in ACL- or PCL-based injuries.
