Abstract:
Diese Studie untersucht die zur automatisierten Bestimmung des ASPECT-Scores entwickelte Software RAPID ASPECTS im Vergleich zu erfahrenen Neuroradiologen. Hierzu wird die Analyse von zwei erfahrenen Neuroradiologen und die der Software jeweils mit einem Goldstandard verglichen, welcher zuvor unter Berücksichtigung der kompletten follow-up Bildgebung durch die beiden Neuroradiologen definiert wurde. Es zeigt sich, dass die Software, insbesondere im frühen Zeitintervall, deutlich überlegen ist.

This study examines the software RAPID ASPECTS, which was developed for the automated analysis of the ASPECT Score, in comparison to experienced human readers. Therefor, the analysis of two experienced neuroradiologists and the software are each compared to a ground truth, which has previously been definded by the two neuroradiologists, considering the complete follow up imaging.
