Die Progressive Supranukleäre Blickparese zählt zu den atypischen Parkinson-Syndromen. Sie ist geprägt von Symptomen wie der Blickparese, Stürzen und Parkoinsonsyndrom. Eine definitive Diagnosestellung ist bis heute über eine neuropathologische Untersuchung und somit nur post mortem zu stellen. Im Jahr 2017 wurden von der Movement Disorders Society neue klinische Diagnosekriterien veröffentlich. In dieser Arbeit wird ein Vorschlag zur Anwendung dieser Kriterien gezeigt, sowie eine retrospektive Analyse der Diagnosekriterien an einer Kohorte mit 420 Probanden durchgeführt.     «

The progressive supranuclear palsy is one of the atypical Parkinson syndromes. Typical clinical manifestations are gaze palsy, falls and parkinsonian symptoms. The gold standard for diagnosing progressive supranuclear palsy is the neuropathological examination and can therefore only be made after deceasing. In 2017 the Movement Disorders Society published new clinical diagnostic criteria.
