- Arterio-pulmonalarterielle Kollateralen sind eine häufige Komplikation nach einer totalen cavopulmonalen Konnektion, die eine operative Behandlungsoption des univentrikulären Herzens darstellt. Diese Studie quantifizierte die Kollateralflüsse mittels kardiovaskulärer Magnetresonanztomographie sowohl in Ruhe als auch unter submaximaler Belastung. Der Kollateralfluss bei den Patienten betrug in Ruhe 14 % des Systemflusses, was sich unter submaximaler Belastung nicht signifikant änderte.

- Aortopulmonary collaterals are a common complication after a total cavopulmonary connection, which is a surgical treatment option for the univentricular heart. This study quantified the collateral flows using cardiovascular magnetic resonance imaging at rest and during submaximal exercise. The collateral flow in the patients was at rest 14 % of the system flow, which did not change significantly during submaximal exercise.
