- Diese Dissertation berichtet über die ersten klinischen Erfahrungen mit 177Lu-PSMA-I&T zur systemischen Behandlung beim metastasiertem, kastrationsresistentem Prostatakarzinom (mCRPC). Die Sicherheit, das Ansprechen des PSA-Wertes sowie das Tumoransprechen in der Bildgebung und das klinische Ansprechen wurden ausgewertet. Die Behandlung scheint bei Patienten, mit mCRPC, die bereits eine Reihe von Vorbehandlungen erhalten haben, sicher und wirksam zu sein.

- This thesis reports the initial clinical experience with 177Lu-PSMA-I&T for systemic treatment of metastatic castration resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC). The safety data, the antitumor response with PSA decreases and the radiographic tumor response as well as the clinical outcome were evaluated. The therapy appears to be safe and active in heavily pretreated patients with metastatic castration resistant prostate cancer.
