- Die Dissertation befasst sich mit der Anwendung und dem Vergleich von Prognoseindices ((L)KDPI sowie SCD/ECD Klassifikation) auf das Überleben von Spendernieren in einer deutschen Kohorte. Dazu wurden von 406 Patienten im Zeitraum von 2006 bis 2016 retrospektiv Daten erhoben und die Prognosefähigkeit anhand von Überlebensanalysen berechnet. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass sich der (L)KDPI als signifikanter Prognosescore eignet und zugleich zuverlässiger als die SCD/ECD Klassifikation ist.

- The dissertation investigates the application and comparison of prognostic indices ((L)KDPI and SCD/ECD classification) on the survival of transplanted kidneys in a German cohort. Data were collected retrospectively from 406 patients between 2006 and 2016 and prognostic power was calculated using survival analyses. The results show that the (L)KDPI is a significant survival score and it is more reliable than the SCD/ECD classification.
