- In dieser Arbeit wurden mittels Durchflusszytometrie NK-Zellen, B-und T-Zellen von sechs Patientenkollektiven mit unterschiedlichen Tumoren (Lipome und Liposarkome; Osteome und Osteosarkome; Enchondrome und Chondrosarkome) untersucht. Das Ziel der Arbeit war es,Rückschlüsse über Zahl und Eigenschaftender Lymphozyten vor und nach der Resektion der malignen oder benignen Tumore zu gewinnen.

- In this work, flow cytometry was used to examine NK cells, B and T cells from six patient collectives with different tumors (lipomas and liposarcomas; osteomas and osteosarcomas; enchondromas and chondrosarcomas). The aim of the work was to draw conclusions about the number and properties of the lymphocytes before and after the resection of the malignant or benign tumors.
