Abstract:: The thesis presents three contributions to problem-specific computational modeling for different stages in the design process in three application areas of electronic circuits and systems. These are combined MEMS and ASIC sizing, multi-harmonic modeling for DC-DC converter simulation, and INL/DNL modeling for capacitor layout design.
Translated abstract:: Die Arbeit liefert drei Beiträge zur problemspezifischen Computermodellierung für verschiedene Phasen des Entwurfsprozesses in drei Anwendungsbereichen elektronischer Schaltungen und Systeme. Dies sind eine gemeinsame MEMS- und ASIC-Dimensionierung, multiharmonische Modellierung für die Simulations von DC-DC-Wandlern und die Modellierung von INL und DNL für den Layoutentwurf von Kapazitäts-Arrays.
