In dieser Arbeit wurden für biomedizinische Anwendungen Anticalin-Proteine gegen die extrazellulären Domänen von humanem und murinem CD98hc aus einer kombinatorischen Genbibliothek selektiert und mittels Protein-Engineering bezüglich ihrer biophysikalischen Eigenschaften optimiert. In this work, Anticalin proteins for biomedical applications were selected towards the extracellular domains of human and murine CD98hc using a combinatorial gene library and optimized with regard to their biophysical properties through protein engineering.
