Abstract:
Diese Arbeit befasst sich mit der Suche nach prädiktiven Biomarkern in Blut und Liquor von Patienten mit Erstmanifestation einer Multiplen Sklerose. Hier wurden insbesondere sCD27, IgG1 und der IgG Index als Parameter identifiziert, welche mit einer erhöhten Wahrscheinlichkeit einer cMRT-Aktivität 12 Monate nach Diagnosestellung einhergehen. Bei untherapierten Patienten sind vorallem sCD27, IgG1, oligoklonale Banden und der IgG und IgM Index mit einer frühen MRT-Progression assoziiert.

We aimed to identify prognostic CSF and blood biomarkers in patients newly diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. IgG index, sCD27 and IgG1 were found to be strong predictors of cranial MRI activity in the first 12 months after diagnosis. In patients without immunotherapy sCD27, IgG1, oligoclonal bands, IgG and IgM index were associated with earlier MRI progression.
