- The dataset is related to the article “Fate of herbicides in cropped lysimeters: 2. Leaching of four maize herbicides considering different processes” published in the Vadose Zone Journal. The dataset includes simulations, models and Python scripts for simulating pesticide fate and transport in the two studied lysimeters.
- Method of data assessment:
- Simulations were done using HYDRUS-1D in combination with the parameter optimization algorithm PEST. A Python code was set up for running the models, carrying out statistical evaluation, extracting simulation results and creating figures.
