Ziel dieser Doktorarbeit ist es, den Einfluss der V.A.C.-Therapie auf die Mikro,- und Makrozirkulation, sowie auf das postoperative Lappenödem bei freien Gracilis-Muskellappenplastiken zu untersuchen. Es handelt sich um eine klinisch, experimentielle, prospektive Studie mit insgesamt 26 Patienten.
Zusammenfassend kann gesagt werden, dass es zu einer signifikant besseren Makroperfusion sowie zu einem niedrigeren Lappenödem kommt. Die Mikrozirkulation zeigt ebenso tendenziell bessere Werte.

The aim of this thesis is to investigate the influence of V.A.C. therapy on micro- and macrocirculation, as well as postoperative flap edema in free gracilis muscle flaps. It is a clinical, experimental, prospective study with a total of 26 patients.
In conclusion, significantly better macroperfusion and less flap edema can occur. The microcirculation also tends to show better values.
