- Cytomegalovirus (CMV) establishes a life-long latent infection and is still a major source of morbidity after transplantation. In this thesis we report the characterization of HLA-C*0702/IE-1309-317-specific T cells and the generation of reversible HLA-C7-StrepTamers, suitable for the ex vivo isolation of T cells and usage in adoptive T cell therapy.
