Im Zeitraum 12/2004 - 12/2012 wurden 47 Patienten (23 Zone-I-/24 Zone II) einer Hybrid-Operation (offene supraaortale Rekonstruktion plus thorakaler endovaskulärer Stent) bei distaler Aortenbogenpathologie unterzogen. Ergebnisse: Durchschnittsalter 65,3 Jahre, 51% Notfallindikationen. Tech. Erfolg lag bei 81%, 30d-Letalität bei 12,8%, prim. Typ Ia-Endoleckagen (EL) bei 19%. Between 12/2004-12/2012 a total of 47 patients (23 zone I-/24 zone II) underwent hybrid hemiarch repair (supra-aortic debranching combined with thoracic endovascular aortic repair) for distal aortic arch pathology. Results: Mean patient age was 65,3 years. 51% were emergency cases. Overall technical success was 81% with a 30d mortality rate of 12,8% and a primary Type Ia endoleak (EL) rate of 19%.
