Der globale Umweltschutz hat in der heutigen Zeit im Bausektor an großer Bedeutung gewonnen. Während es im Bereich des Hochbaus bereits Systeme zur Bewertung der Nachhaltigkeit von Gebäuden gibt, ist für den Bereich der Verkehrsinfrastruktur, insbesondere für den Tunnelbau, bisher kein handhabbares und wissenschaftlich abgesichertes Bewertungssystem vorhanden. Aus diesem Grund wurde in der vorliegenden Arbeit ein Konzept erarbeitet, mit dem das Treibhauspotential von Tunnelbauwerken über den gesamten Lebenszyklus hinweg bereits in einer frühen Planungsphase vereinfacht bestimmt werden kann.     «

Global environmental protection has become of great importance in this day and age in the construction sector. While there are already certification systems to assess the sustainability of buildings, there are currently no practical and scientifically based evaluation systems available in the area of transportation infrastructure, in particular for tunnels. For this reason a concept was developed in the presented work to determine the global warming potential of tunnels in a simplified manner in the early planning stages, while accounting for the whole life cycle.     «
