Abstract:
In this paper, we simulate the mixed electronic and mechanical vibrational behaviour of Coulomb-coupled nanodevices subject to electromagnetic chirped pulses. The electronic states of the devices are approximated with a finite number of quantum states coupled to a classical vibration and to a heat bath, as well as subject to optical pumping.
