Abstract:
Primary percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) is the preferred reperfusion strategy for patients with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI). Effective and safe adjunct antithrombotic therapy is a major determinant for short- and long-term outcomes after primary PCI.
