Abstract:: We report on an infant with a Loeys-Dietz Syndrome and a bicuspid aortic valve, who presented with rapid dilatation of the aortic root. We performed a valve-sparing aortic root replacement with re-implantation technique using a Dacron graft with pseudo-sinuses (Gelweave Valsalva conduit, Vascutek Terumo, Glasgow, Scotland).
