Im 1. Teil der Arbeit wird die Entwicklung neuer Konzepte für die Synthese von Hetero- und Carbocyclen behandelt. Ausgangsverbindungen für diese Reaktionen waren Alkine, die sowohl durch π Säuren als auch durch Elektrophile aktiviert und in Cyclisierungsdominoreaktionen umgesetzt werden konnten. Zum einen konnte gezeigt werden, dass sich 6-Carbonylalkine durch Kombination von Organokatalyse mit π-Säuren-Katalyse in komplexe Carbocyclen überführen lassen. Weiterhin konnten mittels einer sowohl Gold-katalysierten als auch Iod-vermittelten Cyclisierung hochsubstituierte Furanone hergestellt werden. Durch elektrophile Cyclisierungen wurden 1,5-Eninen zu Cyclopentenaldehyde, Cyclohexenester, Cyclohexenfluoride, Cyclohexadiene, Iodaromaten und tricyclische Aziridine umgesetzt. Im 2. Teil der Arbeit werden die Synthese des Polyolfragments von Marinomycin A und Versuche zum Aufbau des polyketiden Naturstoffs Marinomycin A behandelt.      «

The first Part of the thesis deals with the development of new concepts for the synthesis of hetero- and carbocycles. Starting materials for the reactions were alkynes , which could be activated either by π acids or by electrophiles for domino-cyclisaton-reactions. We were able to synthesise complex carbocycles by direct carbocyclization of aldehydes with alkynes: combining gold catalysis with aminocatalysis. Further we could synthesis highly substituted furanones utilizing a electrophile-Induced or a transition-metal-catalyzed tandem cyclization/1,2-migration reaction. Also we were able to access cyclopentenaldehydes, cyclohexenester, cyclohexenfluorids, cyclohexadiens, iodoaromats, and tricyclic aziridines by cycloisomerisation of 1,5-enines. The second part of the thesis deals with the synthesis of the polyol-fragment of Marinomycin A and some attempts to synthesise the macrolacton Marinomycin A.      «
