Description:
Dataset accompanying the paper: Impedance-based equivalent circuit model structure and parameter update for electric vehicles using machine learning.
This dataset contains electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) measurements acquired from 12 commercial cylindrical Panasonic NCR18650PF cells (NCA|Graphite, 2.9 Ah) under varying operating conditions. For each impedance spectrum, the corresponding equivalent circuit model parameters were identified and are provided together with the raw EIS...     »
Method of data assessment:
The impedance data under various operating conditions were collected using a high-precision battery cycler with integrated EIS functionality (BCS-815, Bio-Logic SAS, France). The cells were securely connected to the cycler via a single-cell battery holder (Battery Holder 60A – Universal Cylindrical Cell, ARBIN Instruments, USA). The resulting impedance spectra were then fitted using the Python package impedance.py to determine the corresponding equivalent circuit model parameters.
