- Stuttgart's Rosensteinquartier is reconceptualised as a dynamic, process-driven transformation. Instead of waiting for construction, it is proposed to activate the site immediately through ecological systems, public space and incremental development. As part of this early activation, a forest is planted to initiate ecological remediation in the context of climate change and shape future growth.
