Abstract:
Mikroorganismen basierende Prozesse werden zur Gewinnung von Wertstoffen, wie Vitamine und Lipide, genutzt. Die vorliegende Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit dem Einfluss von abiotischen Stressfaktoren auf die Produktion von Folat durch Mikroalgen. Außerdem wurde der Einfluss verschiedener Kohlenstoffsubstrate auf den Metabolismus der oleogenen Hefe Cutaneotrichosporon oleaginosus untersucht.

Microorganism-based processes are used to obtain valuable substances such as vitamins and lipids. The present work deals with the influence of abiotic stress factors on the production of folate by microalgae. In addition, the influence of different carbon substrates on the metabolism of the oleogenic yeast Cutaneotrichosporon oleaginosus was investigated.
