Abstract:
Various solid state synthesis routes and characterization by PXRD, SCXRD, EDX, Raman spectroscopy, DSC and magnetometry of the polar intermetallic compounds were described. Na-Ag-Sn, Na-Sn-Bi, K-T-Sn (T=late transition metal), K-Ga-Bi and K-In-As ternary systems were explored. Icosahedral phases, quasi crystal approximants, open framework structures, compounds with isolated {T@Sn9} clusters were obtained. Die verschiedenen Festkörper-Syntheserouten zu neuen polaren intermetallischen Verbindungen und deren Charakterisierung mittels Pulver- und Einkristallröntgendiffraktometrie, EDS, Raman-Spektroskopie, DDK, und Magnetometrie wurden beschrieben. Die Systeme Na-Ag-Sn, Na-Sn-Bi, K-T-Sn (T= späte Übergangsmetalle), K-Ga-Bi and K-In-As wurden untersucht.
