- Abstract:
- Um den Herausforderungen der Automobilindustrie zu begegnen, sind die Prozesse der Inbound-Logistik regelmäßig auf Optimierungspotenziale zu untersuchen und gegebenenfalls flexibel anzupassen. Diese Arbeit liefert dafür ein dreiteiliges Steuerungskonzept. Zuerst werden Bauteile mit Potenzial bezüglich einer Logistikkonzeptumstellung identifiziert. Für diese Bauteile wird das kostenoptimale Logistikkonzept bestimmt. Abschließend wird über Umstellungen und Flexibilisierungsmaßnahmen entschieden.

- To meet the challenges of the automotive industry, logistics processes need to be analyzed regularly for optimization potentials and flexibly adapted according to changing circumstances. Therefore, this work provides a three-part steering concept. First, parts that have potential to flexibly switch the logistics concept are identified. For these parts the cost-optimal logistics concept is determined. Finally, decisions on switching concepts and implementing flexibility measures are made.
