Titel:
Exergy analysis of advanced heat integration in SOFC power cycles
Abstract:
The presented work investigates the exergy efficiency of different Solid Oxide Fuel Cell (SOFC) system designs. This is done using a thermodynamic SOFC model, as well as other component models built in Aspen Plus. To ensure comparability the influence of different component pathing and reforming options are compared at a fixed stack size. Furthermore the effect of the choice of fuel utilization, oxidant, operating temperature and pressure are studied. During the analysis operating conditions pro...     »
