Abstract:
Eine kosteneffiziente, nutzerorientierte und gleichzeitig zukunftsfähige IT-Versorgung zu gewährleisten, stellt eine große Herausforderung für Hochschulen dar. Diese Arbeit leistet einen Beitrag, die IT-Architektur der Domäne Hochschule im Kontext der Digitalisierung idealtypisch weiterzuentwickeln. Aufbauend auf den Erkenntnissen einer Fallstudie und den Bedarfen und Herausforderungen an deutschen Hochschulen wird eine zukunftsweisende IT-Architektur für die digitale Hochschule vorgestellt.

Ensuring cost-efficient, user-oriented and, at the same time, future-oriented IT supply is a major challenge for universities. This thesis contributes to the development of the information technology (IT) architecture of Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in the context of digitization. Reassuring the findings of a case study, the needs and challenges at German HEIs are elaborated and a future-oriented IT architecture for the digital Higher Education Institution is presented.
