In diesem Kontext werden BPO-Projekte in Bezug auf die Rolle untersucht, welche die Charakteristika der Partner – in Gestalt ihrer spezifischen Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen – und das Verhalten des Kunden – in Form seiner Entscheidung für oder gegen den Standardvertrag des Dienstleisters – für die Etablierung einer erfolgreichen Outsourcing-Beziehung spielen.

- The market for business process outsourcing (BPO) has matured. In this market context, this research investigates BPO projects with regard to the role the characteristics of the partners – in terms of their specific capabilities and competences – and the behavior of the client – in terms of his decision to adopt or to reject the vendor’s standard service offering – for the establishment of a successful outsourcing relationship play.
