Abstract:
Substrate aus nanokristallinem und ultrananokristallinem Diamant wurden mit kovalent gebundenen, aromatischen Monolagen belegt. Die hierfür benötigten Biphenyldiazoniumsalze wurden durch Pd-katalysierte Kreuzkupplung, Reduktion und Diazotierung synthetisiert und die resultierenden Monolagen eingehend charakterisiert. Im zweiten Teil wurden Verfahren entwickelt, um die konjugierten Monolagen so zu modifizieren, dass redoxaktive Proteine als Modellsysteme für Biosensoren angebunden werden konnten.
Translated abstract:
The surfaces of nanocrystalline and ultrananocrystalline diamond substrates were modified by aromatic monolayers. The required biphenyl diazonium salts were synthesized by Pd-catalyzed cross-coupling, reduction of the nitrobiphenyls and diazotation of the amines. The resulting monolayers were characterized in detail. In the second part methods were developed to further modify the conjugated monolayers in order to attach redox active proteins as model systems for biosensors.
