Diese Arbeit befasst sich mit der Auswertung von 410 kgd Rohdaten des CRESST-II-Experiments. Die Analyse führt zur Beobachtung von 79 Ereignissen, von denen 72 potentiell von WIMPs verursacht sein könnten. In die Beurteilung dieses Ergebnisses müssen Abschätzungen verbleibender Untergründe einfließen. Eine vollständige Erklärung der beobachteten Ereignisse durch Untergrund ist unwahrscheinlich, kann jedoch gegenwärtig nicht ausgeschlossen werden.     «

The CRESST-II-Experiment (Cryogenic Rare Event Search with Superconducting Thermometers) aims at the direct detection of Dark Matter in the form of WIMPs (weakly interacting massive particles) by means of low-temperature detectors. This thesis deals with the analysis of 410 kgd raw data, recorded with the CRESST-II-Experiment. The analysis results in the observation of 79 events, 72 of these could potentially be caused by WIMPs. Evaluating this observation, estimates of residual background have to be considered. A full explanation of the observed events with background is improbable, but can presently not be excluded.     «
