- Die vorliegende Studie kombinierte die multiple intraluminale Impedanzmessung und die Manometrie zur simultanen Untersuchung von Bolustransporten und Kontraktionen im Jejunum von gesunden Versuchspersonen unter standardisierten Bedingungen. Die Bolustransportaktivität erwies sich postprandial als irregulär, nüchtern variierte sie mit den Phasen des Migrating Motor Complex. Drei typische Beziehungen zwischen Bolustransport und Kontraktionen konnten herausgearbeitet werden.

- In the present study multiple intraluminal impedancometry and manometry were used to investi-gate bolustransport and contractions in the jejunum of healthy subjects under standardized conditions. Bolustransport occurred irregularly in the postprandial state, but varied in the fasting state with the phases of the migrating motor complex. Three typical relationships between bolustranport and contractile activity were identified.
