Die kongenerspezifische Bestimmung und Quantifizierung des Insektizids Toxaphen wurde mit Hilfe der HRGC/ECD- und HRGC/ECNI-SIM-MS-Analyse nach der Fütterung von Legehennen in Leber-, Nieren-, Fleisch-, Haut-, Fett-, Blut- und Eidotter-Proben zeitabhängig durchgeführt. Betrachtet man die Ergebnisse der durchgeführten Untersuchungen, so stellt man fest, dass für jedes Gewebe und Kongener ein spezifisches Anwendungsmuster existiert. Die Ergebnisse dieser Arbeit geben einen Überblick über das Anreicherungsverhalten aller Toxaphenkomponenten. Die wichtigsten Verbindungen konnten eindeutig identifiziert und gewichtet werden. Die Daten dieser Arbeit werden in der zukünftigen Rückstandanalytik und Toxikologie von Toxaphen bei Legehennen und deren Eiern besondere Berücksichtigung finden.     «

The congeners of the insecticide toxaphene have been specifically and time-dependently determined by HRGC/ECD and HRGC/ECNI-SIM-MS analysis in cleaned-up liver, kidney, meat, fat, blood and egg yolk samples of laying hens. The hens have been fed with toxaphene-spiked food for a certain period of time. An overview of all results impressively shows that the distribution pattern of congeners is specific and characteristic for every tissue sample. The spectacular results of this thesis reflect an overview of the enrichment behaviour of all toxaphene components. The most important congeners could be identified and their impact estimated by interpreting the enantiomeric ratios determined. The data of these experiments will help to elucidate both the role of the single toxaphene congeners in the residue analysis of tissue samples and eggs of laying hens and their toxicological effects.     «
