Abstract:
In this thesis, a concept is presented which verifies configuration and topology changes in mobile communication networks. It is realized as a three step process that splits the network into verification areas, assesses their performance, and generates, if necessary, a corrective action plan. The corrective actions either restore a cell’s configuration to a previous state, or turn cells on or off. The presented concept utilizes techniques from graph theory during the decision making process.

In dieser Arbeit wird ein Konzept zur Verifizierung von Konfigurations- und Topologieänderungen im Mobilfunknetz vorgestellt. Dieses wird als dreistufiger Prozess realisiert, der das Netz in „Verification Areas“ unterteilt, diese analysiert, und bei Bedarf einen „Corrective Action Plan“ generiert. Die generierten Aktionen fahren entweder Konfigurationsparameter zurück, oder schalten Zellen ein oder aus. Zur Entscheidungsfindung werden Konstrukte aus der Graphentheorie verwendet.
