As a part of the ISAR-study (nephrology, Klinikum rechts der Isar, Munich) this paper describes longterm peripheral and central hemodynamics including dippingtype and pulse-wave analysis in 246 dialysis patients to survey their cardiovascular system. Data were detected non-invasively by oszillometric blood pressure messurement. We observed their development in time an researched correlations to recent information in the patient's medical history (age, BMI, CVRF, etc.) In diastolic blood pressure and pulse pressure we found significant results, especially for central and nocturnal data.
