- Mass-producing companies make big effort to draft and plan their automated production plants. Due to a complexity increase of automation technology they have more and more problems to adjust their solutions. For this purpose an information model was designed to make planning data available and to support the planning process. In order to prove the benefit of the approach a prototypical planning tool was developed.
