- In einer klinischen Studie wurden 50 Patienten mit einer periprothetischen Fraktur nachuntersucht. Der funktionelle klinische Status wurde mittels gängiger scores erhoben und das Ergebnis mit dem Zustand vor der Fraktur verglichen. Weiterhin wurden Komplikations- und Mortalitätsraten in Abhängigkeit von der Frakturversorgung untersucht.

- In a clinical study the functional clinical status of 50 patients was assessed by established clinical scores. The pre- and postoperative status was compared. Furthermore complication frequency and mortality rates were analyzed in dependence of fracture treatment.
