are part of the Else Kröner-Fresenius-Center for Nutritional Medicine (EKFZ). The EKFZ represents an interdisciplinary research center at the Technical University of Munich (TUM), which is distributed among the three faculties (Faculty of Medicine, Weihenstephan Science Center and Faculty of Sport and Health Sciences).
